On 11 March 2021, the wreath-laying ceremony was held at Camp Faouar. On an auspicious occasion of “Nepali Army Day” and “Maha Shivaratri”, the ceremony was organised by Nepali Contingents deployed in UNDOF. The Deputy Force Commander, Brigadier General Maureen O'BRIEN commemorated the fallen soldiers by laying a wreath on Martyr’s memorial square. Officers, JCOs, NCOs of Nepali Contingents, and Staff Officers along with Branch heads of UNDOF mission attended the ceremony.
