Force Commander's Visit to UN positions of Nepali Mechanised Infantry Company - 30 December

Lt Gen Ishwar Hamal, UNDOF Head of Mission and Force Commander, visited all UNP's of Nepali Mechanized Infantry Company, on 30 December 2020. Major Min Bahadur Godar, Acting Officer Commanding of NMC welcomed The Force Commander in camp Faouar.
As per the visit program, FC was accompanied to UNP 10A, UNP 37, UNP 32 and UNP 27 of NMC in AOR central respectively. Officers, JCOs and OR on each UNPs welcomed his arrival and presented a short briefing about Operational and logistic aspects. After inspections of UNPs, the FC interacted with all ranks wherein he expressed his pleasure on visiting the UNPs of NMC and applauded for rendering duties, tasks and responsibilities in efficient manner.
While addressing all the ranks, the FC highlighted the general scenario of the mission environment and acknowledged difficulties posed by the Global pandemic (Covid 19) to all the contingent working in the mission area. He then encouraged all troops to work more diligently to fulfill mission mandate following the protocols of Covid 19.
