On friday the 8th of May 30 Staff Officers from UNDOF HQ recieved their UNDOF Medal. The guest of honour was A/FC Brig Gen M O Brien. Also present at the ceramoney was Chief of Staff Col M Alverez and CMS Mr B Lee.

Training is an integral part of self and team development, even more so during UN deployments, such that the medical and surgical teams are ready for active phase duties.

After the deployment of NEPCON VIII in SECTOR NORTH different training activities were conducted to enhance the professionalism of the troops as per new terrain and weather condition that was different from the  home nation.
