On 3rd October 2017, Office Commanding the 55th Infantry Group Lt Col David Cowhig handed over Command of the Force Reserve Company UNDOF to Lt Col Dermot Hannifin Officer Commanding the 56th Infantry Group. The ceremony was presided over by Acting Force Commander UNDOF Brig Gen Mauri Tapani Koskela.
