From Monday the 26th of August 2019 until 29th of August Staff Officers from UNDOF HQ and OGG were instructed in the use of SAGE Computer IT System. The SAGE system is a computer based reporting system that greatly improves the quality of reporting in the Mission Area. It also gives Operations and Planning Staff the ability to Catagorise incidents in real time. UNDOF will now join other UN peacekeeping missions in using the system.
