On 26 April 2019, Military Advisor Lieutenant General Carlos H. Loitey from UNHQ visited UNDOF to Commemorate the Ceremony of the Late HoM/FC Major General Francis Vib-Sanziri. During the visit, he also met with Brigadier General Mazen Ibrahim Younes, Senior Syrian Arab Delegate (SSAD), Mr Bernard Lee, CMS, Brigadier General Kuldip Pathak, DFC, Colonel Luis E. Coitino, COS, along with Military and Civilian staff in Camp Faouar.
