On Tuesday, 1^st September 2020, UNDOF Head of Mission and Force Commander (HoM/FC) Major General Ishwar Hamal Visited UNP 10 A to inspect the construction and development works currently under way. The UNP is temporarily occupied by NEPCON-VIII personnel. He was accompanied by the Chief of Mission Support (CMS) Mr. Bernard Lee, the Nepalese Contingent (NEPCON-VIII) commander, Nepalese Mechanized Company (NMC) commander, Force Construction Engineer Officer (FCEO) and NEPCON ENGR PL commander.

 The HoM/FC was briefed by the FCEO and UNP 10 A commander, focusing on the ongoing construction works in the position. During the visit, the HoM/FC inspected various areas of UNP 10 A also and encouraged all those involved to continue working with the same level of hard work and commitment, supporting UNDOF’s mandate and its continued redeployment in the Area of Seperation.
