August 23, 2013 - On 27 June, the United Nations Security Council unanimously passed resolution 2108 renewing the mandate of UNDOF for another period of six months until 31 December 2013.
August 23, 2013 – It was double cheers for INDCON troops in Golan Heights as they celebrated India's 67th Independence Day on Thursday, 15 August 2013; and the Medal Parade for their troops on Friday, 16 August 2013.

August 20, 2013 A final military parade was conducted to farewell the last of the command elements of the AUTCON on 29 July, 2013. The occasion marked the end of 39 years of Austrian peacekeeping service in Golan.
August 20, 2013 –An additional 318 soldiers led by Cmdr Humphery Tawake arrived into Golan Heights in two chalks between the periods 27th – 29th July, 2013. Their arrival has boosted the number of Fijians in Golan Heights to 501 all ranks.
August 6, 2013 - NEPCON is now one of the newest members of UNDOF upon arrival into the Golan Heights on 19th July 2013.
June 28, 2013 - Shortly after midnight, the 182-strong Fijian Contingent arrived at Beirut International Airport.From Beirut, the contingent was transported by road via the Masna'a border crossing to Damascus, where they were received by Chief Mission Support UNDOF, Mr. Bernard Lee.
July 5, 2013 – The Austrian government had decided to withdraw all Austrian peacekeepers from UNDOF.
As a result the Austrian Battalion left the mission after 39 years of successful peacekeeping on the Golan.
June 28, 2013 – Shortly after midnight, the 182-strong Fijian Contingent arrived at Beirut International Airport.
